V Chakra - Vishuddha

The Fifth Chakra represents communication, self-expression, giving and receiving, verbal sharing, and artistic, literary, and musical creativity. This energy center also manifests professionalism, the desire to grow and improve in the workplace, and harmonious relationships with colleagues. Its color is light blue/blue, and its keyword is “I communicate.” It is located at the center of the throat, and physically it is connected to the throat, pharynx, larynx, trachea, vocal cords, bronchi, lungs, ears, nose, mouth, the nape of the neck, thyroid, and lymphatic glands. If this energy center is unbalanced, it can lead to sore throat, thyroid disorders, respiratory problems (asthma, cough, etc.), and oral or ear issues (otitis, labyrinthitis, etc.). On a psychological level, it may create an inability to communicate, fear of criticism without knowing how to respond, lack of self-esteem at work, fear of failure, and fear of not being understood due to difficulty expressing oneself.
