VI Chakra - Ajna

The Sixth Chakra, also known as the “Third Eye,” represents spiritual vision, clairvoyance, telepathy, and all intuitive and intellectual faculties. Through this energy center, we welcome intuition, imagination, and clarity, interpreting ourselves and the external reality correctly and in a balanced way, with a clear vision of what we experience in life. Its characteristic color is indigo, and its keyword is “I see.” It is located at the center of the forehead, between the eyebrows. Physically, it is connected to the eyes, ears, upper airways, central nervous system, spinal cord, and pituitary gland. If the Sixth Chakra is unbalanced, disorders may appear in the eyes and vision, headaches, migraines, respiratory issues, labyrinthitis, epilepsy, pituitary gland problems, depression, mental confusion, fatigue, apathy, and insomnia. An incorrect perception of life may develop, leading to hostile situations, negative thoughts, mental chaos, lack of clarity, distrust in one’s intuition, fear, worries, and a tendency toward materialism.
